Continuous Evolution With CABs NFTs

Far too many NFT projects explode into being, coasting on a wave of hype, cresting on mint day before washing back out to sea a few months later.

But CryptoAlienBabes is just getting started.

From the beginning, we have made it clear that this is not a hype project. We don’t pay for promotion, and we don’t want fake interest. The focus has been on real engagement with the community and building a strong, organic foundation upon which to build a long-lasting project that we hope will change the way NFTs are perceived.

Organic Community Growth

Instead of paying for promotion from ‘influencers,’ CABs grew from ‘Uncle’ Crypto Nut’s Telegram Channel, on which he shares projects that have caught his attention, and that he thinks are worth your investment (NFA, DYOR — of course). Starting in Starseed’s personal server, the community began to form, as friendships started to develop and conversations began to take place.

Upon the launch of the CABs server, the buzz and vibe that had been created on Starseed’s server was carried over, first by the community leaders, then by the community themselves. Slowly, as we got closer to mint day, we began to see regular engagement and a true community being built around the CABs project.

And now, barely a month later, we have a thriving community space that continues to grow rapidly.

Utility Growth

Another stop on the roadmap is for CABs to receive airdrops and to collaborate with other promising projects. But this is no rush job. Instead, we are taking our time to naturally create a reason to keep coming back and checking on the server with a sense of excitement at what the next big benefit could be.

• On reveal day, it was announced that Willy Kerr of Equinox had given the animated NOX CAB the same utility as one of their Summer NFTs.
• Two days later, it was announced that the Taida ‘family’ of CABs were to receive an exclusive Starseed NFT
• Then, a new partnership with Moonboots was announced, with all CABs receiving whitelist status
• Another four days passed before the community was told that one CABs family had been selected for two free NFT drops from the Moonboots genesis project
• The Gassia ‘family’ were declared recipients of the Moonboots Golden Grenade NFT, which has its own utility and comes with a free Moonboots NFT as well!

This steady stream of bonus use cases, partnership rewards, and project collaborations serves to build further engagement and organically raise the floor price for CABs as demand increases.

Growing the DAO

As we mentioned in one of our earlier articles, StarCommand DAO is a key part of the CABs project and of our drive towards natural growth. Run by the community, for the community, StarCommand has already exploded into action with a clear focus on establishing foundations that will help us continue to grow.

Now that StarCommand is so well established, the advisory team has begun to slow down the push for immediate action, so that immediate tasks, such as governance protocols, can settle in. This gives us time to take stock and see what is working or needs adapting.

As the DAO takes further shape, we can begin to explore how to grow the funds and look to give something back to involved and engaged members of the community.

CABs and StarCommand DAO are in it for the long haul, and with such firm foundations in place, and a genuine and thriving community behind the project, we’re ready to realize the true potential of CryptoAlienBabes.
